Times are a bit different right now with Covid-19 but Real Estate has been deemed essential. It’s important for people to be able to find housing, even in this tough time. Here at Mantle we are doing our best to still help our clients while also doing our best to prevent the spread of Covid -19. How does a Virtual Open House work right now with the Covid restrictions?
a. Simply visit our Facebook page during the designated open house time. Look for the Open house post for log on instructions.
b. During the Live post- a walk through on how to access the virtual home tour.
c. Ask the Agent on Duty questions about the property, at this time.
d. Always ask for specific close ups of the home if there are areas in questions.
a. When arriving, the agent on duty will ask for your information vs having a sign in sheet.
b. Hand sanitizer will be available during the virtual open house.
c. Only one family allowed through the home at a time, while waiting attendees are asked to keep the 6 ft distance between.
d. Please do not touch personal items.
e. After the walk-through hand sanitizer will be provided again.
f. In between showings, doorknobs will be sanitized.
Stay Safe and we will make it through Covid-19 together. Remember Mantle agents have the ability to do video walk-throughs on all properties that allow.
