Mantle in the Community
At Mantle Realty, we believe a real estate company should be more than contracts, signs, and closing tables. We live here, raise our families here, and try to show up for the communities that support us.
Some of what we do is for the public. Some of it is for local schools. Some of it is for our clients and vendors. None of it starts with asking for anything back.
Why this matters to us
We do not look at community involvement like a marketing gimmick. This is where our offices are, where our agents live, where our kids go to school, and where our clients build their lives.
That means showing up at parades, helping with projects like Prom Project, giving out flags to local businesses, being involved with the Chamber, hosting family events, feeding people when we can, and taking care of the relationships that matter long before somebody needs a Realtor.

Here are some of the ways Mantle shows up outside of real estate transactions.
Pancakes & Pajamas
Pancakes & Pajamas is one of our favorite annual holiday events. Families show up in pajamas, enjoy breakfast, spend time together, and make memories that have nothing to do with buying or selling a house.
It is simple, local, family-friendly, and the kind of thing we want our offices to be connected to.
Prom Project
Prom Project has grown into one of the clearest examples of what this page is really about. We help collect and give away dresses and formalwear so students can walk into prom feeling confident without that cost becoming one more burden on a family.
It is practical help. It is local. It matters.
Parades & Local Events
Mantle has been part of Christmas parade events, Fourth of July parade events, Easter parade participation, hot chocolate giveaways, tent setups, and community day type events that let us be present in the towns we serve.
These are not polished corporate appearances. They are local, messy, fun, and real.
Small Local Giveback Moments
Some of the most meaningful stuff is not a huge event. It is just doing something kind for local businesses, local families, or local schools because we can.
Things like free flag giveaways and office-based community outreach are not flashy, but they are part of the culture.
Chamber & Local Business Involvement
Mantle is part of the Chamber and local business community too. That matters because good local businesses should know each other, support each other, and make the town better together.
Recognition is nice, but the real value is being involved in the life of the community year-round.
Annual Client BBQ
Every December, we put on our annual barbecue for clients and vendors. This one is not a public event for everybody. It is a way to appreciate the people who trusted us through the year and the local partners who helped support them.
The party side may feel broad and fun. The barbecue itself is about gratitude and relationship.
