Rogers Spring is a Mungo Homes community in Graham, North Carolina, in Alamance County, on Channel Street. Homes run from the low $400,000s to the low $500,000s, and Mungo has recently shown around 14 homes available — deep inventory for a community this size.

It is built under Mungo’s Triad operation, which grew out of Shugart Homes, a long-established Winston-Salem builder.

Homes at Rogers Spring

Both one- and two-story plans are offered, ranging up to about 3,600 square feet. Notable features across the plans:

  • Multiple primary bedrooms on some plans — genuinely useful for multigenerational households, and uncommon at this price
  • Three-car garages available on some plans
  • Spacious homesites
  • A designated home office, flex space or extra bedroom in most plans

Between Two Metros

Rogers Spring sits between Burlington and Mebane, which puts it in one of the more strategically located parts of the state: roughly thirty minutes to Durham and Chapel Hill, and comparable time into the Triad. Two separate job markets are reachable from one address.

That matters most for two-career households pulling in different directions — a common situation along this corridor and the main reason Alamance County keeps growing. Tanger Outlets is minutes away, and Graham’s courthouse square anchors a real downtown.

The Honest Caveat

“Between two metros” also means you are not in either. Thirty minutes each way is a real commute, and I-40/85 through this corridor is not reliably clear at peak hours. Drive it at your actual commute time before you commit — the map time and the Tuesday-at-8am time are different numbers.

Who It Fits

Rogers Spring suits households splitting commutes between the Triad and the Triangle, multigenerational families who need the dual-primary plans, and buyers who want space and a larger homesite at a price that Wake or Guilford County no longer offers.
