🥞 Pancakes & Pajamas

Our annual Pancakes & Pajamas event is a cozy morning of holiday fun for families in the Triad.
Kids show up in their favorite pajamas, enjoy a hot breakfast, and get their photos taken with Santa—all completely free.
It’s our way of celebrating community and kicking off the holiday season with gratitude and laughter.

We’ve hosted this event for years, growing it from a small office gathering to a community tradition with hundreds attending.

👗 Prom Project

The Prom Project began as a simple idea—make prom affordable and fun for every student, no matter their situation.
We collect and give away hundreds of gently used prom dresses, shoes, and accessories each spring.
Students can “shop” for their perfect outfit at no cost, and walk into prom with confidence and pride.

What started in one office closet has become a massive community effort, supported by local schools and volunteers.

🎃 Halloween Costume Giveaway

Every fall, Mantle Realty turns into a one-stop Halloween headquarters.
Our Costume Giveaway provides free costumes to kids across the Triad so every child can enjoy trick-or-treating without parents worrying about the cost.

Families donate gently used or new costumes, and our agents organize a fun pick-up event complete with candy and smiles.
It’s a small gesture that brings big excitement for local kids.
