What is different about Mantle Realty than an other Welcome NC Real Estate Agency?
All of our events are completely free to the public. Even better news, there’s no sales pitch. We just like to do community together. That’s what Mantle Realty is about.
It’s not just about being the biggest real estate company in Davidson County. It’s about giving back.
Mantle has been the top privately owned real estate agency in Welcome for the past few years. We pride ourselves on being the best Northern Davidson County Real Estate agency. Many of our real estate agents are born and raised in the Welcome, Midway, or Arcadia areas. So it makes since to have a Welcome Real Estate Agency.
Our agents take pride in knowing different areas and locations of Davidson County. If your agent doesn’t know the difference between the areas of Sheets Bottom and Monkey Bottom then you might want to look for a new Davidson County real estate company. And yes those are two locations and they aren’t on a map of Davidson County.
So why does Mantle do so much for North Davidson community?
Owner Dustin Owens is a 2002 alum of North Davidson and from the beginning of Mantle the company wanted to be know for more than just a Welcome Real Estate Company. Dustin played for North Davidson Basketball and football. Because of this connection Mantle Realty became a sponsor of North Davidson Athletics.
While most people might relate Mantle Realty with just sports and that mainly being the North Davidson Football team this isn’t the case. Mantle tries to support the community as a whole. Football was just the easiest connection to make for Mantle because of Dustin’s love of the game.
While there might be tailgates before each home North Davidson football game. You can also see our agents being involved with other activities in the community. 2019 was the first year of our Fall Festival in the community of Arcadia. Mantle Agents provided free hayrides, food, and a bounce house.
Other opportunities taken to give back to the area include Teacher Appreciation Week. Mantle serves all surrounding schools lunch including North Davidson, Oak Grove, Midway, Welcome, Northwest, and Friedburg Schools. In the future, we hope to have enough support to cover more of the Triad.
Another favorite of the Mantle Realty Family is the Welcome Easter Parade. The Welcome Easter Parade happens to start right across the street from our Welcome branch. This allows Mantle to have a cookout, and gives our clients and friends the best seat on the parade route. Come joins us next year and bring a big bag for all the candy your kids will take home.
Our outreach goes future than just feeding friends and family. Mantle believes that our students our the future and because of this some Mantle agents have spoken to students at Oak Grove and North Davidson about the real estate company and what it is to be a real estate agent in Davidson County. We believe that to be the best real estate agents in Davidson County we need to support our community first in other areas that just buying or selling homes.
If you are interested in other areas no worries, we aren’t just a Davidson County Real Estate company we cover other areas including Winston-Salem and even have started another office to serve the Greensboro area with a Summerfield office. Mantle covers all of the Triad and even have started working in the Charlotte market.
Davidson County is a very large area and has a lot of different types of real estate. We are prepared to help you out. Don’t trust just the first name that advertises on Listingbook or Welcome MLS, trust the local agents. We know that you deserve more than just a few open houses and seeing a few homes for sale.
The spirit of community and giving back to the community is not just in North Davidson/Welcome. This agency believes that selling real estate comes second to becoming a family.
We have an annual Prom dress give away that helped 100’s of young ladies get free prom dresses. In the past two years, this has grown so much that we had to add a second date and location in High Point.
Even during the COVID Crisis Mantle Agents partnered with their neighbor Renaissance Road Church to pack food boxes and have a mobile food bank. This event feed 500 kids to get through the week.
Other events include Pancakes and PJs with Santa, this event allowed 110 families to have a professional picture with Santa and have a free breakfast.
Even though we are busy with community events we are more than happy to schedule an appointment with you to help you buy or sell your home. Also during December look for the Mantle Realty float at the Lexington Christmas Parade. Our float is hard to miss, between Dustin Owens running around like a wild Man like Buddy the Elf or just the float itself. Mantle won the best float in 2019.
