What We Know So Far
Two townhome plans are announced, both with 1-car garages: the Pennsylvania (about 1,618 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths) and the Indiana (1,549–1,909 sq ft, configurable past 2,000 sq ft with a loft). The builder calls it one of the only townhome opportunities in the area — accurate: Liberty has essentially no new attached product.
The Toyota Corridor
Liberty sits at the center of the Toyota Battery Manufacturing ripple — thousands of jobs a few minutes away and very little housing built for them yet. Mid-$200s townhomes at the plant’s doorstep is the kind of supply-demand mismatch that sells out from an interest list.
