Reynolds Crossing is a Lennar community of new single-family homes in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, in Forsyth County. Addresses run along Hydrangea Street in the 27104 zip code, on the west side of the city.
It is close to sold out. As of August 2026 Lennar shows a single home remaining. If you are reading this because you saw a sign or an ad, the practical answer is that the builder inventory here is nearly gone — but resales in the community will come available over time, and that is where we can help.
Homes at Reynolds Crossing
Lennar built four single-family floorplans here, priced in the mid $300,000s:
- Crestwind — 1,735 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, from about $332,999
- Anderson — 1,928 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, from about $347,999
- Bradford — 2,016 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, from about $357,999
- Westbury — 2,169 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, from about $362,999
These are detached single-family homes with open-concept layouts, and the community has an onsite playground. Lennar builds on an “Everything’s Included” model, so appliance and finish packages come bundled into the base price rather than sold as upgrades.
Why West Winston-Salem
The 27104 side of Winston-Salem is one of the more established parts of the city, which is exactly why new-construction inventory here is unusual. Most of what gets built in Forsyth County goes up further out, in Kernersville or toward Clemmons. A newly built house inside this part of Winston-Salem is not a common listing.
Reynolda Village, the Village at Robinhood and downtown Winston-Salem are all short drives, and Pilot Mountain State Park is inside forty minutes for hiking.
Buying a Resale Here
With builder inventory nearly exhausted, most future opportunities in Reynolds Crossing will be resales. Those behave differently from a builder purchase: you negotiate with an owner rather than a sales office, there are no builder incentives, and the home will have a few years of wear that is worth inspecting properly.
The upside is that landscaping is established, the community is finished, and you can see what the neighborhood actually became rather than what a rendering promised.

Reynolds Crossing falls within the Meadowlark Elementary School attendance area, feeding to Meadowlark Middle School and Reagan High School.
