Providence Pointe is a Lennar community of new single-family homes coming soon to Archdale, North Carolina, in Randolph County. It is planned for Suits Road in the 27263 zip code.
As of August 2026 the community has not opened for sales. Lennar is taking interest-list registrations; pricing and floorplans are not yet published.
What Is Known So Far
Lennar has described Providence Pointe as offering family-friendly amenities including an onsite swimming pool and playground. Beyond that, details are limited until the first phase releases.
Why Archdale
Archdale sits at the northern edge of Randolph County, immediately south of High Point and within about twenty-five minutes of both Greensboro and Winston-Salem. That position is the appeal: Triad access with Randolph County land prices and taxes.
The city has grown steadily without becoming a subdivision-only bedroom community, and Creekside Park anchors local recreation with trails, sports fields and an amphitheatre. The North Carolina Zoo in Asheboro is about half an hour south.
New-construction supply in Randolph County is thinner than in Guilford or Forsyth, so a master-planned community with real amenities is a meaningful addition here rather than one option among many.
Buying Before a Community Opens
First-phase pricing in a new community is often the lowest it will be — builders raise prices as phases release and amenities come online. Buyers who register early and are ready when the first release happens tend to do better than those who arrive after the model home opens.
The risk is equally real: you are committing before amenities, and sometimes before infrastructure, exists. Timelines slip. Get amenity delivery dates and any incentive commitments in writing, and treat verbal assurances from a sales office as marketing rather than terms.
Schools Serving Providence Pointe
Providence Pointe falls within the John Lawrence Elementary School attendance area, feeding to Wheatmore Middle School and Wheatmore High School. All three are Randolph County School System schools. Attendance boundaries are set by the district and can change, so confirm current assignments directly before relying on them.
