Where We Are
Mantle Realty’s Lexington office, known to plenty of locals as our Welcome office, is the mother ship where it all started. This office has been part of the Mantle story since 2015 and still carries that local, family-style energy that shaped the brand from day one.
We’re right across from North Davidson High School, which makes this spot even more personal for several of our agents who grew up around here. This is home turf, and that matters when you’re helping people buy and sell in Lexington, Welcome, and the rest of Davidson County.
It is not just an office where papers get signed and people pretend to enjoy fluorescent lighting. We host closings, client meetings, community moments, tailgates, and the kind of day-to-day local interactions that actually make a brokerage feel connected to the area it serves.
