Noah's Run is a True Homes community of new single-family homes coming soon to China Grove, North Carolina, in Rowan County. Pricing and floorplans have not been published.
Alongside Kensington
True Homes is developing Noah's Run in the same part of China Grove as its Kensington community, and both share the same school assignment. Kensington is currently selling from the high $300,000s, which gives a rough frame of reference — though a builder pricing a second community in the same town often positions it differently, so treat that as context rather than a forecast.
When the first release comes, the useful comparison is the two communities side by side: lot sizes, which floorplans are offered where, and what each actually backs onto.
Schools
Noah's Run is served by China Grove Elementary, China Grove Middle and Carson High School. China Grove Middle is under a mile away and the elementary school under two — short school runs by any standard.
Living in China Grove
China Grove is a small town between Salisbury and Kannapolis on I-85, with a real main street and its own civic life. Charlotte is about forty minutes south; Salisbury ten minutes north.
Getting In at First Release
First-phase pricing is usually a community's lowest, and builders raise prices as phases release. Buyers who are registered and ready when the first release happens consistently do better than those who arrive once the model home opens.
The detail that matters most: on new construction you generally must be registered with your own agent on your first visit to the sales office. Bringing an agent afterwards usually does not work, and representation costs you nothing because the builder pays it either way.
