I do not really think of myself as “the broker.” I think of myself more as the coach of a great team.
Usually I get to help agents out with tough situations. I get to brainstorm ideas with the team. I get to mow the office lawn. At this point I probably feel more like the marketing and HR department than a Realtor, and honestly, I am good with that.
I enjoy hiring new real estate agents because I like watching people learn the business, build confidence, and become great at what they do. That part never gets old.
I believe when one person grows, we should all grow together. That is why you will not see crazy huge splits, hidden monthly junk, or one person sitting alone at the top while everybody else carries the load.
We believe in culture more than profit. I would rather stay smaller and happy than get huge and fill the place with people who do not fit.
We do not care about fake polish. No dress code. No jewelry policy. No tattoo policy. Just be yourself and be good at your job.
