Stokesdale’s small-town center, the Haw River State Park area, and northwest Greensboro are all close. The trade-off to know up front: the middle and high schools are 12+ miles away in the Rockingham County system — a real daily consideration for a family with older kids.

Neal Place falls under Rockingham County Schools, not Guilford County Schools, despite the Stokesdale mailing address. The builder lists Bethany Elementary School, Rockingham County Middle School, and Rockingham County High School as the assigned chain. The community is pre-launch and district records for the street are still settling, so confirm assignments with Rockingham County Schools directly before relying on them.
