As a real estate agent with Mantle Realty, I’m passionate about helping people find more than just a house—I love helping them feel connected to the community they call home. That passion comes from my own journey raising active kids who kept our family deeply involved in local sports. My son played hockey for five years, and my kids also participated in lacrosse and football—introducing me to an incredible network of families and fueling my love for high-energy sports and community involvement.
Since 2018, I’ve been an active member of the Twin City Thunderbirds Booster Club, where I support players both on and off the ice. Through the Adopt-a-Player program, I’ve had the privilege of sponsoring athletes from other countries—helping with meals, transportation, visas, and getting them settled into a new environment.
My involvement in the North Davidson Athletic Association further deepened my community ties—and it’s where I was first introduced to Mantle Realty. That connection ultimately led me to pursue real estate, where I now bring that same energy, dedication, and relationship-driven approach to every client I serve.
I’m also proud to support local sports beyond the rink, including sponsoring “The Real Deal” Riley Neal at Bowman Gray Stadium.

Mary Corder brings a blend of personal warmth and professional precision to the Triad NC real estate market. Originally from the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York, Mary now proudly serves buyers and sellers in Midway, Davidson County, and surrounding Triad communities.
Through her marriage to a Navy servicemember, Mary gained firsthand experience with relocation, community integration, and the challenges families face when moving to a new area. That experience allows her to guide clients with empathy and practical insight, especially those relocating to or within North Carolina.
Since making Midway her home in 2007, Mary has built strong local connections and developed a deep understanding of the area’s neighborhoods, schools, and community dynamics.
Mary is a Certified Payroll Professional with extensive experience in hotel and restaurant property management, accounts payable, and program management for global QuickBooks Payroll. As a training developer in payroll and accounting, she developed a strong attention to detail, organization, and compliance awareness.
Those skills translate directly into real estate transactions, where precision, timelines, and financial accuracy matter.
As a devoted mom who understands the importance of finding the right home for a growing family, Mary approaches every transaction with energy, patience, and clear communication.
