About Lindsay
Lindsay McLain is a Davidson County native who brings local knowledge, steady communication, and a strong work ethic to every real estate transaction. As a wife and mom to two energetic boys, she understands how important it is for a home to support both daily life and long-term goals.
Born and raised in Davidson County, Lindsay graduated from West Davidson High School and has deep ties to the local community. Her firsthand knowledge of the area allows her to guide buyers and sellers with insight that only a true local can offer.
Real estate is also part of Lindsay’s family story. She followed in the footsteps of her mother, longtime real estate agent Michelle Epley, after growing up watching the impact that thoughtful, relationship-driven service can have on families making major life moves.
That exposure to the industry from an early age gave Lindsay a practical understanding of contracts, negotiations, and the responsibility that comes with representing buyers and sellers. She brings that foundation into every transaction she handles.
Before real estate, Lindsay worked at Baptist Medical Center on the oncology unit, supporting patients and families during difficult seasons. She later transitioned into a customer service management role selling durable medical equipment, strengthening her organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
These experiences shaped her ability to stay calm under pressure, manage details efficiently, and advocate for clients during high-stakes decisions.

When I tell you Lindsey is the best realtor around, that's absolutely what I mean.
