Carrie Heath

Carrie Heath was born and raised in North Carolina. Carrie obtained her real estate license in 1998 and then went on to acquire her North Carolina Residential Appraisal License in 2000. Shortly after, she became a Certified Home Measurement Specialist.

The knowledge gained with those accomplishments has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, working with her buyers and sellers.

Carrie’s passion for real estate is rooted in helping others achieve their dreams. Whether guiding first-time buyers through every step, helping sellers maximize their home’s value, or supporting families through relocations, Carrie is committed to making the process smooth, informed, and stress-free. Carrie believes real estate is about more than transactions — it’s about building relationships and empowering people to create the future they envision.

When Carrie is not helping clients, you can usually find her spending time with family and friends, gardening, traveling, or just enjoying the outdoors. Carrie loves connecting with people and recharging so she can bring her best energy back to her clients.
