Bonnie Owens serves as the Broker-In-Charge of Mantle Realty’s High Point office. As both a real estate leader and full-time agent, she brings structure, experience, and accountability to every transaction and every agent she supports.

Bonnie’s career inside Mantle Realty started behind the scenes. She worked as office manager while also serving clients as an agent before transitioning to full-time real estate in 2016. That foundation gives her a deep understanding of contracts, compliance, timelines, and the operational side of real estate that many agents never fully see.
Today, as Broker-In-Charge of the High Point office, she provides oversight, mentorship, and guidance while continuing to work directly with buyers and sellers.

Originally from Gastonia, NC, Bonnie graduated from Forestview High School before earning a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Appalachian State University. She worked as a social worker and later spent eight years as a middle school teacher before transitioning fully into real estate.
That background shapes how she serves clients today. She communicates clearly, advocates confidently, and understands that buying or selling a home is often one of the biggest decisions a family will make.
