Alexander Court is a master-planned Lennar community of new single-family homes coming soon to Salisbury, North Carolina, in Rowan County. It is planned for Earnhardt Road in the 28146 zip code.

As of August 2026 the community has not opened for sales. Lennar is taking interest-list registrations, and pricing and floorplans have not been published.

What Is Known So Far

Lennar has confirmed the community will be master-planned, with onsite amenities including a playground and a dog park. The location is under fifteen minutes from Salisbury’s restaurants, healthcare and shopping, with High Rock Lake, Dan Nicholas Park and several golf courses nearby for recreation.

Charlotte and Winston-Salem are each roughly forty-five minutes away, which is the practical appeal of Salisbury — it sits almost exactly between two metros on I-85.

Why Coming-Soon Communities Are Worth Watching

The earliest phase of a new community is often the least expensive one. Builders raise prices as phases release and as amenities come online, so buyers who get in at the first release frequently do better than those who arrive once the model home is open and the signage is up.

The offsetting risk is real and worth stating plainly: you are buying before amenities exist, sometimes before the streets do. Delivery timelines slip, amenity dates move, and the finished community may differ from the plan. Ask for commitments in writing, and be sceptical of anything described only verbally by a sales office.

Get Early Information

If Alexander Court interests you, the useful move is to be informed before the first release rather than after. You can search homes across Salisbury to see what is available in the meantime.

Mantle Realty can represent you on a new-construction purchase at no cost to you, including at the first release — but you generally need to be registered with your agent on your first visit to the sales office, not afterwards. That detail costs buyers their representation more often than anything else in new construction. Visit Contact Mantle Realty before you tour.
