Michelle is awesome. We were looking for land to build on and she set up appointments for us to go look at land. Once we decided the area we wanted to live in she really researched that area and found us the perfect land to purchase.

We recently sold our house through Mantle Realty. Christi Pitrelli was our realtor, and she made the process so much easier for us! Once we decided to list our home with Mantle, it wasn't even on the market for a week before we received our first offer! Working with Matt was awesome, if we had any questions, he went out of his way to get answers. He was very professional. I went online looking at houses for sale. Went to mantle realty website , was searching there listings, we were not in a hurry to buy, we had just starting looking, and getting ideas. Matt called me a few days later, and I was busy , so he ask if he could call me back later. About a week later, I received another call, and again I was busy . He called again and I was actually on my way home and was able to talk with him. We talked about different things, talked about what we were looking for, told him we were still just looking to see what was out there. He never pushed or pressured us into selling us a house, Matt was very respectful. Once we found something we liked, gave Matt a call and he was more than happy to meet with us. The house we met at was a good little drive for him, but he never hesitated to meet us, several times. He helped us to find a home inspector, roofer, everything we needed to have looked at he was on top of it. Great group of people at Mantle Realty. Everyone helped out one way or another, answering questions, recommending inspectors etc. almost 7 months since we moved into our home, we enjoy it more and more. Not only have we met a great realtor, we have made a great friend. Matt has kept in contact with me since we closed on the house. It’s nice to see a text from Matt checking in on us. That to us just proves that Matt and everyone at Mantle Realty, are not in it for just the money, They genuinely care about the families they help to buy their home. Michelle went above and beyond to sell my mother in laws home quickly and made sure we got as much as we could for the home to pay for her ALF as we had to place her this year.
