Dawn was extremely knowledgeable about how to overcome every hurdle and aspect we incurred. In the rare event that she didn't know an answer to a question, she quickly contacted the team at Mantle and had an answer in no time.
Dawn reminded me of Syri. She listened intently to every interest and disinterest we had as we looked at houses. She mentally built a log of what we were and were not looking for. Each time we looked, the house was closer to what we needed and soon, she called us to come look at the perfect house.
