In the rare event that she didn't know an answer to a question, she quickly contacted the team at Mantle and had an answer in no time. Dawn reminded me of Syri. She listened intently to every interest and disinterest we had as we looked at houses. She mentally built a log of what we were and were not looking for. Each time we looked, the house was closer to what we needed and soon, she called us to come look at the perfect house. On a whim, saw a house that peaked our interest due to the land amount & type of home we saw. We contacted Josh @ Mantle who was working for the seller that had Caroline meet us to show us the home. Caroline was the best realtor we could have possibly imagined. She answered all of our million questions since we had no idea about the home buying process being first time homebuyers.
