We cannot say enough wonderful things about Daniella Bihn at Mantle Realty. My husband, Jerry, was paralyzed in a freak accident, and our lives were turned upside down. We were in the middle of a home renovation when the accident happened, and Jerry was moved from Winston-Salem, NC to the Richmond, VA Veterans Hospital for long-term care and therapy. With his return home date set for at least six months out, we knew we needed to sell his house quickly to focus on his recovery. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From day 1 Daniella Bihn showed us how knowledgeable she is at her job. She explained everything to us and always made sure if we had questions they were answered. We were always communicating even when there weren’t any houses we wanted to look at. She made sure even in those moments if we had any questions we could ask them. Then on top of being great at her job Daniella is also so so kind and funny. We could talk to her and make jokes while looking at a house and we really got along. Her happiness is contagious and we can tell she loves what she does. My husband and I finally purchased our first home and we know it is because we had Daniella to help and guide us in this huge step of life.

Michelle went above and beyond to sell my mother in laws home quickly and made sure we got as much as we could for the home to pay for her ALF as we had to place her this year. Michelle was caring, compassionate and even took the check to the bank for us. I can tell Michelle has a heart for Jesus as it shows in all she does for her clients, family and friends! Jessica helped me find a home in no time flat! I reached out to her and she immediately went off to find homes that would suit my needs. As I was looking for a home in another state and couldn't take time off to visit in person, she was more than willing to take me on a personal video tour of each home. She looked at every little thing I asked and went into some crawl spaces to show me whether or not there was moisture. She was honestly the best part of the home buying experience 🙂
