Working with Matt was awesome, if we had any questions, he went out of his way to get answers. He was very professional. I went online looking at houses for sale. Went to mantle realty website , was searching there listings, we were not in a hurry to buy, we had just starting looking, and getting ideas. Matt called me a few days later, and I was busy , so he ask if he could call me back later. About a week later, I received another call, and again I was busy . He called again and I was actually on my way home and was able to talk with him. We talked about different things, talked about what we were looking for, told him we were still just looking to see what was out there. He never pushed or pressured us into selling us a house, Matt was very respectful. Once we found something we liked, gave Matt a call and he was more than happy to meet with us. The house we met at was a good little drive for him, but he never hesitated to meet us, several times. He helped us to find a home inspector, roofer, everything we needed to have looked at he was on top of it. Great group of people at Mantle Realty. Everyone helped out one way or another, answering questions, recommending inspectors etc. almost 7 months since we moved into our home, we enjoy it more and more. Not only have we met a great realtor, we have made a great friend. Matt has kept in contact with me since we closed on the house. It’s nice to see a text from Matt checking in on us. That to us just proves that Matt and everyone at Mantle Realty, are not in it for just the money, They genuinely care about the families they help to buy their home. This is the first time using Mantle, but the third time using Mrs. Dawn Blair Sanders. Although she's not related, I consider her family. She's been so helpful to me and my family over the years that I wouldn't choose anyone else to help purchase a home or sell property. We've been working together for over 10 years now, and she hasn't changed. She's alway been extremely friendly and personal, quick to answer or respond back to phone calls and texts, diligently answering questions, persistent in finding the best solutions, and flexible to work at our best times.

Dawn Sanders-Mantle Realty; best "buying a home experience" you could ever have! Dawn listened to the needs and wants of my wife and I and found us our perfect home here in Jamestown, NC. She was patient and made sure she found us the home we were really looking to purchase. This is my second time buying a home and I wish that I would have had Dawn Sanders on my side back then. I highly recommend Mary Corder with Mantle. She assisted us with a remote purchase and I've been so thankful to have her in my corner during this experience. I'm a first time home buyer, the home was 2-3 weeks from completion at offer, I've never been to NC, and am in time zone 3 hours behind so it was anything but straightforward. She was very informative, honest, accommodating, detailed, and instructive by video call, phone, email, and text. She's worked very hard appearing on my behalf with the builder and other vendors. Even checking on the property after bad weather without me having to ask. I felt in the loop and informed on what to expect next every step of the way.
