We cannot say enough wonderful things about Daniella Bihn at Mantle Realty. My husband, Jerry, was paralyzed in a freak accident, and our lives were turned upside down. We were in the middle of a home renovation when the accident happened, and Jerry was moved from Winston-Salem, NC to the Richmond, VA Veterans Hospital for long-term care and therapy. With his return home date set for at least six months out, we knew we needed to sell his house quickly to focus on his recovery.
Daniella stepped in and truly went above and beyond to help us during this incredibly difficult time. She guided us through every step of the process, helped us get the house ready for sale in record time, and managed everything with compassion and professionalism. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, our house was only on the market for four days, and we got our full asking price.
