Working with Matt was awesome, if we had any questions, he went out of his way to get answers. He was very professional. I went online looking at houses for sale. Went to mantle realty website , was searching there listings, we were not in a hurry to buy, we had just starting looking, and getting ideas. Matt called me a few days later, and I was busy , so he ask if he could call me back later. About a week later, I received another call, and again I was busy . He called again and I was actually on my way home and was able to talk with him. We talked about different things, talked about what we were looking for, told him we were still just looking to see what was out there. He never pushed or pressured us into selling us a house, Matt was very respectful. Once we found something we liked, gave Matt a call and he was more than happy to meet with us. The house we met at was a good little drive for him, but he never hesitated to meet us, several times. He helped us to find a home inspector, roofer, everything we needed to have looked at he was on top of it. Great group of people at Mantle Realty. Everyone helped out one way or another, answering questions, recommending inspectors etc. almost 7 months since we moved into our home, we enjoy it more and more. Not only have we met a great realtor, we have made a great friend. Matt has kept in contact with me since we closed on the house. It’s nice to see a text from Matt checking in on us. That to us just proves that Matt and everyone at Mantle Realty, are not in it for just the money, They genuinely care about the families they help to buy their home. Caroline, I truly appreciate all your help in purchasing my home. Your impeccable attention to detail, sense of humor (thank you for laughing at my jokes by the way LOL), and overall sweet disposition made the process of finding and purchasing a house quite easy to navigate. What really made it a pleasant process and helped set my mind at ease was your consistent reliable communication that proved to me I could trust you to take care of all the necessary details, and you did not disappoint. I had so many questions and concerns and you were there every step of the way making sure you had a list of every single question and concern I had. And then with a short turn around I would have answers to all of the questions sitting in my inbox or texted to me. Which was so refreshing considering the four realtors I worked with prior to being referred to you had consistent communication issues. One realtor backed out of going to look at a house with me at the last minute by saying his phone was going to die and he had no way of charging it; He even sent me a picture of all the chargers he owned that apparently did not work. Another realtor and I set an appointment to view a home two weeks in advance and on the day of the appointment, after I initiated contact with her, she told me she forgot to tell me she needed to reschedule. The lack of communication was disheartening. So it was very refreshing to find a realtor that felt like she cared about making my home buying process a happy one. You even went out of your way to bring me a housewarming gift! I appreciate you so much and I couldn't be happier I found you to assist me with such a significant life choice in life!

I truly can say that everything went wrong with my lender, but she was diligent in finding a solution. When searching for my new home, I know Caroline looked at a bunch of homes with me and I couldn't find the right fit. She never gave up on me though!
