Another realtor and I set an appointment to view a home two weeks in advance and on the day of the appointment, after I initiated contact with her, she told me she forgot to tell me she needed to reschedule. The lack of communication was disheartening. So it was very refreshing to find a realtor that felt like she cared about making my home buying process a happy one. You even went out of your way to bring me a housewarming gift! I appreciate you so much and I couldn't be happier I found you to assist me with such a significant life choice in life!

Michelle Epley goes the extra mile. Always available, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She sold our house with the first showing. After that quick sell, she found us another house that we liked. That only took a couple of showings. Our selling & buying experience was fantastic!

I highly recommend Mary Corder with Mantle. She assisted us with a remote purchase and I've been so thankful to have her in my corner during this experience. We sold our house and bought a new house all in the same day. Matt Taylor assisted us with both transactions as our realtor and did a fantastic job. In selling our house, he valued our house reasonably and had professional pictures taken to maximize the appearance of the property. In buying a new home, he toured several homes with us until we found the right one. He was very accessible and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He attended both closings with us to ensure everything went smoothly...this is something that not all realtors do. It made us feel better knowing he was there if we had any questions or any issues. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From day 1 Daniella Bihn showed us how knowledgeable she is at her job. She explained everything to us and always made sure if we had questions they were answered. We were always communicating even when there weren’t any houses we wanted to look at. She made sure even in those moments if we had any questions we could ask them. Then on top of being great at her job Daniella is also so so kind and funny. We could talk to her and make jokes while looking at a house and we really got along. Her happiness is contagious and we can tell she loves what she does. My husband and I finally purchased our first home and we know it is because we had Daniella to help and guide us in this huge step of life.

The absolute best! We worked with Bonnie in the process of buying our first home and she rocked it. We didn’t know the process well but she walked us through every step and was easy to deal with. And then we also got a couple cases of Truly as a happy signing day so that’s hard to beat!
