I am happy that we chose Caroline as our agent. She was surprisingly knowledgeable about the process and Real Estate in general, and recommended what we thought was a good price for our house. Her recommendation for our sale was a lot higher than another agent gave us, and her negotiation recommendations were right on the money. Michelle Epley goes the extra mile. Always available, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She sold our house with the first showing. After that quick sell, she found us another house that we liked. That only took a couple of showings. Our selling & buying experience was fantastic!

Dawn Sanders is extremely professional but personable to work with! She was a huge wealth of knowledge in selling my home and made it completely stress-free!
