What really made it a pleasant process and helped set my mind at ease was your consistent reliable communication that proved to me I could trust you to take care of all the necessary details, and you did not disappoint. I had so many questions and concerns and you were there every step of the way making sure you had a list of every single question and concern I had. And then with a short turn around I would have answers to all of the questions sitting in my inbox or texted to me. Which was so refreshing considering the four realtors I worked with prior to being referred to you had consistent communication issues. One realtor backed out of going to look at a house with me at the last minute by saying his phone was going to die and he had no way of charging it; He even sent me a picture of all the chargers he owned that apparently did not work. Another realtor and I set an appointment to view a home two weeks in advance and on the day of the appointment, after I initiated contact with her, she told me she forgot to tell me she needed to reschedule. The lack of communication was disheartening. So it was very refreshing to find a realtor that felt like she cared about making my home buying process a happy one. You even went out of your way to bring me a housewarming gift! I appreciate you so much and I couldn't be happier I found you to assist me with such a significant life choice in life!
