I have sold my home and purchase a home with Caroline as my realtor for both and she has went over and beyond for us. Answer any and every question and if she didn’t know she found out for us. I used Mantle Realty because my mother was best friends with Michelle Epley’s mom. I had no idea when I contacted her two years ago, she would be so amazing. She came by, told me what my options were. I sat on it a while then started the renovations to sell. Just as we were about to list my parent’s home, the home I grew up in, my father passed away. She went so far above and beyond. Michelle likes to stage the homes, but she staged it in a way I could stay there while planning his funeral. She brought me food, she checked on me regularly. She advised me on what to expect from the estate process. She found an amazing young family to bring life back into my childhood home.
