We sold our house and bought a new house all in the same day. Matt Taylor assisted us with both transactions as our realtor and did a fantastic job. In selling our house, he valued our house reasonably and had professional pictures taken to maximize the appearance of the property. In buying a new home, he toured several homes with us until we found the right one. He was very accessible and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He attended both closings with us to ensure everything went smoothly...this is something that not all realtors do. It made us feel better knowing he was there if we had any questions or any issues.
