We sold our house and bought a new house all in the same day. Matt Taylor assisted us with both transactions as our realtor and did a fantastic job. In selling our house, he valued our house reasonably and had professional pictures taken to maximize the appearance of the property. In buying a new home, he toured several homes with us until we found the right one. He was very accessible and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
