Prior we lived in different cities and Matt was very flexible with showings, working with our schedules, etc. Once we found a home he was very knowledgeable about negotiating the price, great about communicating with all parties involved (the seller's agent, our lender, inspectors, the closing attorney, etc.), and generally just making the process as painless as he could.
