Matt helped my girlfriend Tiffany and I to purchase our first home (we're both first-time homebuyers) and was great to work with throughout the process. Prior we lived in different cities and Matt was very flexible with showings, working with our schedules, etc. Once we found a home he was very knowledgeable about negotiating the price, great about communicating with all parties involved (the seller's agent, our lender, inspectors, the closing attorney, etc.), and generally just making the process as painless as he could. His associate Caroline was also heavily involved in making sure everything was lined up logistically, and she was also a pleasure to work with. We felt that the two of them really stepped up to bat for us, and we'd definitely recommend them to anyone who asked.

What really made it a pleasant process and helped set my mind at ease was your consistent reliable communication that proved to me I could trust you to take care of all the necessary details, and you did not disappoint. I had so many questions and concerns and you were there every step of the way making sure you had a list of every single question and concern I had. And then with a short turn around I would have answers to all of the questions sitting in my inbox or texted to me. Which was so refreshing considering the four realtors I worked with prior to being referred to you had consistent communication issues. One realtor backed out of going to look at a house with me at the last minute by saying his phone was going to die and he had no way of charging it; He even sent me a picture of all the chargers he owned that apparently did not work. Another realtor and I set an appointment to view a home two weeks in advance and on the day of the appointment, after I initiated contact with her, she told me she forgot to tell me she needed to reschedule. The lack of communication was disheartening. So it was very refreshing to find a realtor that felt like she cared about making my home buying process a happy one. You even went out of your way to bring me a housewarming gift! I appreciate you so much and I couldn't be happier I found you to assist me with such a significant life choice in life!

We sold our house and bought a new house all in the same day. Matt Taylor assisted us with both transactions as our realtor and did a fantastic job. In selling our house, he valued our house reasonably and had professional pictures taken to maximize the appearance of the property. In buying a new home, he toured several homes with us until we found the right one. He was very accessible and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He attended both closings with us to ensure everything went smoothly...this is something that not all realtors do. It made us feel better knowing he was there if we had any questions or any issues.
