What really made it a pleasant process and helped set my mind at ease was your consistent reliable communication that proved to me I could trust you to take care of all the necessary details, and you did not disappoint. I had so many questions and concerns and you were there every step of the way making sure you had a list of every single question and concern I had. And then with a short turn around I would have answers to all of the questions sitting in my inbox or texted to me. Which was so refreshing considering the four realtors I worked with prior to being referred to you had consistent communication issues. One realtor backed out of going to look at a house with me at the last minute by saying his phone was going to die and he had no way of charging it; He even sent me a picture of all the chargers he owned that apparently did not work. Another realtor and I set an appointment to view a home two weeks in advance and on the day of the appointment, after I initiated contact with her, she told me she forgot to tell me she needed to reschedule. The lack of communication was disheartening. So it was very refreshing to find a realtor that felt like she cared about making my home buying process a happy one. You even went out of your way to bring me a housewarming gift! I appreciate you so much and I couldn't be happier I found you to assist me with such a significant life choice in life!

Lindsay McLain was a true professional and very proactive with her efforts to find my family a new home and with the desired characteristics that I was looking for. Michelle Epley goes the extra mile. Always available, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She sold our house with the first showing. After that quick sell, she found us another house that we liked. That only took a couple of showings. Our selling & buying experience was fantastic!
