Dawn reminded me of Syri. She listened intently to every interest and disinterest we had as we looked at houses. She mentally built a log of what we were and were not looking for. Each time we looked, the house was closer to what we needed and soon, she called us to come look at the perfect house.
She had excellent communication with the selling realtor and smoothly handled everything on that end for us. We love our home and couldn't be more pleased.

I have sold my home and purchase a home with Caroline as my realtor for both and she has went over and beyond for us. Answer any and every question and if she didn’t know she found out for us. There were things that we didn’t see in our inspection that she pointed out to us so we could get it fixed. She is very sweet and very knowledgeable.
