Tiffany Stambaugh hails from a small town in upstate New York. She moved to the Triad in 2008 to attend college and quickly fell in love with the southern way of life. Tiffany relocated to Lexington, N.C., from Davie County a few years ago with her husband, daughter, and three pets.
Tiffany’s husband owns and operates a machine shop in Lexington, N.C., Pap’s Performance and Machine (PPM). He specializes in CAD design, CNC machine work, fabrication, and engineering.
Their daughter attends West Davidson High School in Tyro, N.C. During their free time, Tiffany and her family enjoy camping and spending time outdoors. One of their favorite vacation spots in the North Carolina coast, especially, Beaufort, N.C.
Before Real Estate for Tiffany
Before becoming a REALTOR, Tiffany spent several years working with Richard Childress Racing in the communications department, where she traveled the NASCAR circuit. A few of her favorite parts about working in the racing industry were working with so many great people and visiting different cities across the country.
Visiting Victory Lane with Richard Childress Racing a few times was also a highlight in her time with the Welcome, N.C., -based team!
After making the decision to reduce her airplane travel, Tiffany decided to make the transition to real estate. She enjoys working with people and helping them achieve their goals of homeownership.
She believes buying a new home is finding a place that you can see yourself making memories, sharing conversations, enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch, or locating the perfect place to hang that family portrait.
Although Tiffany wasn’t born in North Carolina. She prides herself in being active in the local community and helping her fellow West Davidson Dragons. With extensive communication skills and a strong work ethic, Tiffany is sure to meet your home buying or selling needs.
