Nicholas Dewey, better known as Nick, is a Winston-Salem area real estate agent with a background rooted in service, discipline, and people-first work. An Army veteran, husband, and father, Nick brings a steady, no-nonsense approach to helping clients buy and sell homes across North Carolina.
Originally from Upstate New York near the Canadian border, Nicholas Dewey grew up with small-town values and a strong sense of responsibility. He enlisted in the U.S. Army at 19, served in Germany, and deployed to Afghanistan. After leaving the military in 2011, Nick remained overseas for a time, working and bartending, where a chance meeting with his future wife, Delia, changed the direction of his life.
Before relocating to North Carolina, Nick Dewey also spent time working in law enforcement in Upstate New York. That experience added another layer to his ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and handle complex situations with professionalism.
Today, Nick and Delia live in the Winston-Salem area with their family and work side by side as a husband-and-wife real estate team. Nicholas Dewey earned his degree in Business Management in North Carolina, blending practical strategy with real-world experience to better serve his clients.
Clients working with Nicholas Dewey appreciate his straightforward communication, attention to detail, and ability to bring clarity to what can feel like an overwhelming process. He understands that real estate decisions are personal, not transactional, and he takes the time to listen before offering guidance.
Outside of real estate, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, exploring Winston-Salem and the Triad, cheering on his kids at games, and getting outside whenever possible.
Whether you call him Nicholas Dewey or just Nick, his approach stays the same. Show up prepared. Communicate clearly. Take care of people.
