Get to Know Nicholas Dewey – or Just Call Him Nick
Nick Dewey isn’t your average real estate agent. He’s a proud Army veteran, a family man, and someone who’s spent his life in service—first to his country, then to his community, and now to homebuyers and sellers across North Carolina.
Originally from the rugged Canadian border of Upstate New York, Nicholas Dewey grew up with small-town values and a big sense of adventure. He joined the Army at 19, served in Germany, and deployed to Afghanistan. After leaving the military in 2011, Nick stuck around Germany for a while—bartending at night, working at a family resort by day, and unknowingly changing his life when he met his future wife, Delia, behind the bar.
Fast forward a few years, and the Deweys are now a family of five, living in the Winston-Salem area. Before landing in North Carolina, Nick Dewey spent time in law enforcement back in Upstate New York—adding another layer to his commitment to service. But life had a new path in store.
Looking for a fresh start and better opportunities for their kids, Nick and Delia moved south and dove headfirst into real estate. Both earned their licenses, and today they’re a true husband-and-wife real estate team. Nicholas even completed his degree in Business Management here in North Carolina—bringing both heart and strategy to the table.
When you work with Nicholas Dewey, you’re not just hiring a real estate agent. You’re partnering with someone who understands that buying or selling a home is more than a transaction. It’s personal. Nick listens first, communicates clearly, and brings calm to what can be a chaotic process.
When they’re not helping clients, the Deweys are soaking up everything the Triad has to offer. You might see them at a local brewery, cheering on their kids at a ball game, or exploring a new trail in Winston-Salem.
Whether you know him as Nicholas Dewey or just Nick, one thing’s the same—he’s all in on helping you find home.
