I don’t see myself as that, though. I think of myself as the coach of a great team. Usually I get to help agents out with tough situations. I get to mow the office lawn, I get to brainstorm ideas with our team. I no longer see myself as a Realtor but more of a marketing/HR department. I enjoy hiring new real estate agents, because I enjoy watching them learn the industry and become great Realtors. I don’t see any of it as work, but that being said, I probably work too many hours. That’s what happens when you’re doing what you love.
I believe that we all are equal and when we grow, we grow together. That’s why you won’t see crazy-huge splits or large teams here. We know that start-up and monthly fees can be overwhelming. You don’t have to worry about that here. There no reason for one person sit on the top alone. It gets lonely.
We believe in our culture more than profit. I would rather stay small and happy then to be huge and have inept agents. Our culture is very different from others. We don’t believe that the suit makes the man. We want to be comfortable. So that’s why there’s no dress code, jewelry, or tattoo policy. Just be you and be good at your job.
