Mark Stanley recently decided to join Mantle Realty & jump into the exciting and challenging world of Real Estate here in the Piedmont Triad. Prior to that he spent the past 18 years in the Bank Owned Life Insurance industry working closely with his clients making sure their every need was met. His love of putting clients first and deep desire to help people drove him to chase a longtime dream of becoming a Real Estate Broker.
He understands a home purchase is not only a huge financial decision but also a deeply personal decision people make. He’s very excited to use his client first mentality to partner with you to assist and guide you in finding the home that is the right fit for your situation. Whether that situation is a growing family looking for more room, downsizing as life situations change, young first time homebuyers looking for that perfect first place to call their home or investor’s looking to add property to their real estate portfolios.
His belief and first guiding principle is that the client’s needs always come first and the property has to be correct fit for their personal situations instead of just a commission he could get.
He’s lived in the Triad area since moving here from Chapel Hill in 2005 which gives him that deep connection to this region and its diverse set of cities, towns and neighborhoods.
In his spare time he loves to cook, try out new recipes, he loves to do little home improvement projects and during those gorgeous weather days he likes to kayak or hike local parks and lakes which are plentiful in this area. He’s also a dog dad and has two fur babies a Boxer named Charlie and an Italian Greyhound named Jackson who tend to rule the roost in his home.
