Tyler Davis is a Lexington native with deep roots in the community and a strong background in service, discipline, and teamwork. Born and raised in Lexington, Tyler graduated from Lexington Senior High School in 2011, where he stayed busy competing in multiple sports. He was a four-year wrestler, placing at the state level during his junior and senior years, and also played catcher for the baseball team and goalie for the soccer team.
After high school, Tyler Davis attended St. Andrews University on a wrestling scholarship before returning home to work and continue his education. He balanced a job as a kitchen aide while attending Davidson County Community College, where he completed his Basic Law Enforcement Training.
In 2016, Tyler began his career with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office. He has worked in the jail, on patrol, and currently serves in civil. While working full time, Tyler Davis also earned his associate’s degree in Criminal Justice. His career in law enforcement sharpened his attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.
During his time with the Sheriff’s Office, Tyler developed an interest in real estate and decided to bring his local knowledge and service mindset into helping clients buy and sell homes in the Lexington area. Clients appreciate his straightforward communication, reliability, and commitment to doing things the right way.
Tyler is the proud father of his son, Keithan. When he’s not working, you’ll usually find him coaching or watching youth sports, playing video games, or pulling for the Carolina Panthers.
