Communication and Recognition
On a scale of "meh" to "heck yeah," how's the vibe with communication? Like, are you feeling the love from management?
Meh – Communication is lacking, and I don't feel connected to management at all.
Not Great – There are some issues with communication, and I often feel out of the loop.
It's Okay – Communication is decent, but there's room for improvement.
Pretty Good – Communication is solid, and I generally feel informed and connected.
Heck Yeah! – Communication is excellent, and I feel totally in sync with management.
Do you feel like your hard work gets the props it deserves? Like, do they give you a high-five for your wins?
Unnoticed – My hard work rarely gets recognized, and I feel underappreciated.
Barely – There is occasional recognition, but it's not enough to feel valued.
Sometimes – My efforts are acknowledged, but not consistently.
Often – I frequently get recognized and feel appreciated for my hard work.
Always – My hard work always gets the props it deserves, and I feel celebrated for my wins.

Support and Resources
How happy are you about the support and resources the company gives out to help your business?
Bummed – The support and resources are really lacking, and it's hard to get what I need.
Could Be Better – There are some resources, but they're not enough or not very helpful.
It's Alright – The support and resources are okay, but there's definitely room for improvement.
Feeling Good – The support and resources are pretty solid and generally meet my needs.
Super Stoked – The support and resources are top-notch and really help me thrive in my business.
Is the work-life balance hitting the sweet spot? Or do you feel like you're doing the hustle without enough downtime?
Burnt Out – The work-life balance is terrible, and I feel constantly overwhelmed with no downtime.
Struggling – The balance is off, and I often feel like I'm working too much without enough rest.

Company Culture and Values
How do you vibe with the company culture and values? Are they totally your jam?
Not My Scene – The company culture and values don't resonate with me at all.
Mixed Feelings – Some aspects of the culture and values are okay, but overall, it's not a great fit.
It's Fine – The culture and values are acceptable, but not particularly inspiring.
Pretty Cool – I mostly vibe with the company culture and values and feel fairly aligned.
Totally My Jam – The company culture and values are awesome and align perfectly with my own.
How's the team spirit? Are you all high-fiving and fist-bumping, or is it more like a solo dance party?
Solo Dance Party – There's little to no team spirit, and everyone seems to be doing their own thing.
Sporadic – Team spirit is hit or miss, with occasional moments of collaboration.
Decent – There's a fair amount of team spirit, but it could be stronger.
Pretty Strong – Team spirit is good, with frequent collaboration and support.
High-Fives All Around – Team spirit is excellent, with everyone constantly supporting and cheering each other on.

Leadership and Trust
How's the trust level with our leaders? Are they earning their stripes or losing them?
Losing Them – I have very little trust in our leaders, and they rarely meet my expectations.
Shaky – Trust in leadership is weak, and they often fall short.
Building – Trust is growing, but there's still some work to be done.
Solid – I generally trust our leaders and feel confident in their decisions.
Earning Their Stripes – I have complete trust in our leaders, and they consistently prove their worth.
Ever thought about jumping ship? If so, what's got you eyeing the lifeboats?
All the Time – I constantly think about leaving due to major issues with the company.
Often – I frequently consider leaving because of significant concerns.
Sometimes – I occasionally think about leaving due to some ongoing problems.
Rarely – I rarely think about leaving, but there are a few minor issues.
Never – I never think about leaving; I'm completely satisfied here.

What's the best leadership moment you've seen at work? And the worst? What made them stand out?
Meetings and Participation
On a scale from "totally awesome" to "not so much," how would you rate the effectiveness of our current firm meetings?
Not So Much – The meetings are ineffective and feel like a waste of time.
Could Be Better – The meetings are somewhat helpful, but there's a lot of room for improvement.
Okay – The meetings are moderately effective, but not always engaging or productive.
Pretty Good – The meetings are generally effective and useful.
Totally Awesome – The meetings are highly effective and always productive.
Do you feel like your voice is heard during firm meetings?
Not at All – My voice is never heard, and I feel completely overlooked.
Rarely – I rarely get the chance to speak, and my input often feels ignored.
Sometimes – My voice is heard occasionally, but not as much as I'd like.
Often – I feel that my voice is heard most of the time and my input is valued.
Always – My voice is consistently heard and appreciated during meetings.
