Credit score effects multiple facts of the home loan. Typically, you need a score of 580 or higher, but we suggest 620 or higher. The higher the score, the better terms you may be eligible for. If your credit isn’t quite there yet we can still help you out and setup a game plan for you to become a home owner

How Safe is the Neighborhood?

Even though we really want to give you all the information you ask for this is one of the questions we can’t answer. Due to the Fair Housing Act, a real estate agent cannot answer questions regarding crime statistics. We suggest to research, the internet can be your friend on crime stats.

How Many Properties Should I View?

This can vary greatly depending on your needs, and wants. There is no set number of homes to few. We have shown properties for 1 day, we have also shown homes for multiple months. We are here for you throughout the process and want to make sure you pick the right one for you!

How Do I Search for a Home?

Our website has a search engine for all homes on the MLS. It is updated every three minutes. This allows us to stay on top of any changes in the market.

How Much Do Real Estate Agents Charge?

Buyer’s agency is free! Yes no cost to you the buyer! I understand that sometimes this is hard to comprehend but the commission was already agreed upon by the seller. So you as the buyer cannot negotiate this out. It would just go to the listing agent instate.

What Home Service Companies Are Available?

As Internet providers and utility companies vary by location, it is important to know what options are available and how to compare and save money on cable, satellite, or Internet services in your new area. We can point you in the right direction of who to contact.

What Should My Down Payment Be?

This depends on the type of loan, FHA loans require a minimum of 3.5-percent down. The down payment will depend on your credit history, the type of property, and several other factors. In 2017, the average down payment was 14 percent. We do have lenders that have 0% down payment on certain homes!
