How Safe is the Neighborhood?

Even though we really want to give you all the information you ask for this is one of the questions we can’t answer. Due to the Fair Housing Act, a real estate agent cannot answer questions regarding crime statistics. We suggest to research, the internet can be your friend on crime stats.

How Many Properties Should I View?

This can vary greatly depending on your needs, and wants. There is no set number of homes to few. We have shown properties for 1 day, we have also shown homes for multiple months. We are here for you throughout the process and want to make sure you pick the right one for you!

How Do I Search for a Home?

Our website has a search engine for all homes on the MLS. It is updated every three minutes. This allows us to stay on top of any changes in the market.

How Much Do Real Estate Agents Charge?

Buyer’s agency is free! Yes no cost to you the buyer! I understand that sometimes this is hard to comprehend but the commission was already agreed upon by the seller. So you as the buyer cannot negotiate this out. It would just go to the listing agent instate.

There are multiple of tax benefits to buying a home, but itemizing your tax return can be a long process. Depending on what your accountant suggest you may be able deduct your interest payments, property taxes, discount points paid at closing, interest on home equity loans.
