Well. First, if you have ever purchased property, you will undoubtedly understand that it is akin to getting picked last for gym class over and over and over and over. It can suck, mightily. Everybody involved gets to pick you apart and decide your worth and your value. If you are insecure, you'd better stay medicated. Second, you can ease the pain by choosing a Partner to help you through; someone to hold your hair while you vomit and tell you you're pretty even when you have tire tread marks on your face. I had that purchase transaction experience... and, I had that Partner. Jessica Pherson is probably one of the reasons why I didn't go outer-limits most days. Knowledgeable, reasonable, calming, firm and charming; she took care of me. And, I'm not easy. But, she handled it and never once transmitted her stress to me. If I am ever stupid (or drunk) enough to do this again: I want Jessica in my corner.

Jessica Pherson has been extremely helpful as I try to figure out how to buy my dream home. I would recommend Mantle realty and Jessica to anyone looking for a home in central North Carolina.

Jessica Pherson was absolutely incredible!!! I can not give this woman enough praises!!! Thank you so much for helping us find our perfect home. Thank you for always being there and answering every crazy question I came up with. We couldn’t have worked with a better team buying our first house! Toby and Jessica were both professional but at the same time so friendly which made it easier to ask anything that came to mind. Jessica was so patient with us. She listened to what we wanted/needed from a home. Every step of the process she made sure we knew what was going on, what to expect. She celebrated the victories, helped us come up with solutions to possible issues. Thank you for making these Californians into true North Carolinians by helping us buy our dream home!!!! Thank you!!! The Delfins (and of course Jameson!)
