Jeannine Manuel is a former teacher and scientist, originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. One of five children to a DIY mom and a bricklayer dad, she worked hard paving the way to become the first in her family to graduate college with a B.S. in Chemistry and later two Master degrees in Environmental Policy and Teaching. Jeannine’s humble beginnings are the reason for her high work ethic and desire to ensure others succeed as well. She has lived in the Piedmont Region of North Carolina for more than 16 years, after marrying her late husband who is a local, and calls it her new home. After being a dedicated full-time mom to two beautiful kids, Jeannine worked in the energy industry as a Safety & Operations Specialist, serving a wide region that spans several counties of the Piedmont.
As a former teacher and scientist, Jeannine has excellent attention to detail and loves to serve her clients. Her greatest passion are her two children, Cole and Bella, her ferocious but loving cat Tiger, and a lovable Goldendoodle Shay. Jeannine’s family is her pride and joy. They live in beautiful Stokes County on 10 acres and enjoy the beauty of nature surrounding them. As a family, they love to play board and card games, disc golf, going to the gym, and hiking the many trails at Hanging Rock State Park. Car rides are always filled with singing and laughter.
Jeannine and the kids enjoy traveling and have been to more than 35 states as well Iceland, and New Zealand as a family. She spent time traveling before having kids because learning about and experiencing new cultures is very important. Her faith in God has led her to embrace all that life brings, without fear. Jeannine loves the complexities of real estate and, because of her handy nature, can see a property for what it is and the vision of what it can be. Jeannine has bought and sold several homes throughout her life, as well as several investment properties.
Jeannine is best described as fun-loving, adventurous, passionate and sincere. She believes that life is not about what you have, but the people you share it with. The perfect property is the backdrop to a life well lived.
