How to Search for Address List for Postcards

Go to Public Record in MLS Search

Click Owner Occupied

Find Address of your listing on the map page

Draw Map around target neighborhood. Minimum of 250 homes needed in search. *Tip* Know the homes around your listing and target those. For example, you wouldn’t want to target condos and townhouses if you were selling an old brick ranch.

Click Checkbox, and make sure All is Checked. If not you will only export the first page of contacts. Hit export button.

Change Export File format to Owner Information. If Left as Tax Grid the cities will not show up on the spreadsheet.

Rename File to Street Name then Street Number Address List.
