Mantle Realty Supports Northwest Guilford High School

Mantle Realty assisted the Northwest Guilford High School’s first outdoor Open House on Monday, Aug 19, 2019. What a turn out! What support from parents, guardians, students, teachers, faculty and staff!! With so much going on in our lives, people always seem to find TIME to make sure their children have what they need for the upcoming school year. Give Time Mantle Realty.

Why did Mantle feel the need to help?

Buying or Selling a home is a huge commitment. We cannot help build a community without taking TIME to know the community. We believe strongly that if we give back to our community, we can certainly earn your trust that this isn’t just a job for us! The agents at Mantle believe that a portion of what we have should be given back to those who support us. We don’t all have monetary means but we can all make TIME.

Our agents :

7 in total made TIME to purchase and haul 2,000 bottled waters, 2,000 ink Mantle pens, 2,000 Football schedules + 2,000 fall sports schedules printed and produced at Mantle Realty, 2,000 Open House tour maps (provided by the school), 20 directional Mantle signs for parking and map information and a 10 foot Mantle misting tent in the heart of the Open House surrounded by departments, clubs, sports, food trucks, informational booths and a DJ to give Open House goers a place to cool down and take a break from the heat!

The greatest contribution :

that these 7 agents made was TIME. TIME to organize the transportation and pick up of the waters, filling over 30 coolers (provided by Mantle, school clubs, teachers, and parents) with ice ours prior so everyone could enjoy cold water , TIME to collectively haul supplies for easy handouts so Open House attendees wouldn’t skip a beat on their way through Open House. And TIME to talk, shake a hand, give a smile, give direction, give a compliment, play around with the kids and introduce our Real Estate firm to OUR Community. TIME to clean up and help take down all the outdoor events used around the facilities.

Sometimes we forget about the TIME it takes to run an event so large. Northwest PTSO, Administration, Teachers and Staff put so much TIME and effort into engaging our students and their families through a fun “carnival” themed Open House!
