Will Byrd

Will is a resident of Winston-Salem and a native North Carolinian. Though he grew up in Wilkes County, Will is highly familiar with the Piedmont Triad and surrounding areas through both personal and professional ties. After graduating from Appalachian State University, he moved to Greensboro where he lived for three years before buying a home in Winston-Salem. Initially and before becoming a real estate broker, Will worked in the legal field for several years with the intent of pursuing a career in law. However, while working as a paralegal he became increasingly interested in real estate, and his professional ambition quickly transitioned from working in the legal field to real estate. Will Byrd brings copious skills from his previous work experiences including a sincere inclination to help others, being an attentive listener, a detail-oriented researcher and prowess for negotiating.




In his leisure time, Will Byrd is usually with his wife, Mary Anna, and his German shepherd dog, Mila. The three enjoy outdoor activities including camping, hiking, walking, swimming, or just hanging out in the backyard where Mila adamantly chases tennis balls and Will and Mary Anna futilely attempt to improve their disc golf skills. Will and Mary Anna love living in the Triad not only for wonderful reasons like the plethora of fun and unique places and activities available from restaurants to museums to the people and the diversity of cultures but also because of the geographical proximity to the mountains and the beach. These reasons make the triad and surrounding areas an ideal place to live for Carolinians and transplants alike.
